For a couple of months, I’d felt the pressure building.
I’d been holding the weight of big decisions in both of my businesses — my real estate team and my coaching — both meaningful, both growing, both asking for my time and energy. But the path forward wasn’t clear.
I kept trying to “figure it out.”
More thinking. More journaling. More late-night mind loops.
But clarity never came.
So I did something I’ve never done before: I booked a solo vacation. ✨
Just me, a quiet cottage in East Tennessee, and a few days to move at my own pace. No calls, no meetings, no overthinking (well… way less than usual).
I did yoga and a soundbath with a view of the mountains and the last of the peak fall leaves. I got my hands dirty in a pottery class. I hiked. I dined alone. I let myself just be.
And the clarity arrived — not by force, but peacefully.
Like it had been waiting for me to slow down long enough to receive it.
