HOW I GOT HERE

Fast forward to today, I lead a top 1% real estate team, host a national TV show, and coach other women to build businesses that support their lives — not consume them. I’ve helped hundreds of agents create structure, define their brand, and finally feel in control again. You don’t have to burn out to be successful. You just need a business model that fits you. How It All Started:
Fresh out of grad school, I jumped into real estate with big dreams and a strong work ethic. But the advice I was given? Cold calls, door knocking, saying yes to everything, being available 24/7. As an introvert and young mom, I felt completely out of sync with what “success” was supposed to look like. I tried to keep up. But deep down, I knew something had to change. I knew I couldn’t build a career that cost me myself.
After years of trying to do it the traditional way, I hit a wall. I was exhausted, constantly reacting, and feeling like a failure both at home and at work. When I became a single mom of two small kids, I knew I had to rebuild — not just my business, but the way I was doing business. I leaned into my background in branding and communication and decided: no more chasing. I’d attract the right clients by being fully myself.

Every business has a story behind it — and mine wasn’t a straight line. From entering real estate full of ambition, to walking away, rebuilding my life, and eventually leading a billion-dollar advisory, each chapter shaped how I lead today. This is the journey that became the foundation of my work — and my mission to help other women build success on their own terms.

I entered the real estate industry driven by connection, service, and the belief that this career could offer both impact and flexibility.
2012
Becoming A Statistic: One of the 85%
After years of trying to make the industry’s hustle-first approach fit, I made the difficult decision to step away. I knew something wasn’t working — not because I lacked capability, but because the model itself wasn’t sustainable for the life I wanted.
2014
Rebuilding: Divorce and a New Beginning
Following my divorce, I returned to real estate as a single mom with a very different perspective. I wasn’t willing to sacrifice my family, my energy, or my values. I committed to finding a way to build success that honored all three.
2016
Leadership Emerges: Building My First Team
I launched my first real estate team, focused on selling luxury and new construction through cutting edge marketing. This marked a major shift — from doing everything myself to learning how to lead, delegate, and build something bigger than me.
2021
Breakthrough Year: $100M in Sales
This was the year everything clicked. With the right systems, brand clarity, and leadership in place, my business surpassed $100 million in annual sales — proof that aligned growth scales faster than hustle ever could.
2023
Expansion: Stepping Into Coaching
As other agents began asking how I built my business, coaching became a natural next step. I officially launched my coaching work, helping women move from chaos to clarity and into true CEO leadership.
2025
Founding Elevated Living Advisory
I founded Elevated Living Advisory at Compass, which has now closed nearly $1 billion in total sales. What began as a personal reinvention evolved into a high-level advisory built on alignment, systems, and sustainable leadership.
2026
Rise Higher Launches: The Movement Begins
I launched Rise Higher to help women in real estate finally break free from burnout and build businesses that reflect who they are — not who they’re told to be. This program is more than coaching — it’s an identity shift. One designed to help women rise into clarity, confidence, and sustainable success.
