with a business that looked successful on paper — but felt like it was suffocating her. I had the numbers. The sales. The team. But I was exhausted, disorganized, and barely holding it all together behind the scenes.

My Story

Where I Am Now:

Fast forward to today, after leading a top 1% real estate team and hosting an EMMY nominated TV show, I stepped out of production at the peak of my career for an even greater impact. My mission is to help other women build businesses that support their lives, not consume them. I’ve helped hundreds of women in business create structure, define their brand, and finally feel in control again. You don’t have to sacrifice yourself to be successful. You just need a business model that supports the life you really want. Let's build it!

How It All Started:

Fresh out of grad school, I jumped into real estate with big dreams and a strong work ethic. But the advice I was given? Cold calls, door knocking, saying yes to everything, being available 24/7. As an introvert and young mom, I felt completely out of sync with what “success” was supposed to look like. I tried to keep up. But deep down, I knew something had to change. I knew I couldn’t build a career that cost me myself.

After years of trying to do it the traditional way, I hit a wall. I was exhausted, constantly reacting, and feeling like a failure both at home and at work. When I became a single mom of two small kids, I knew I had to rebuild — not just my business, but the way I was doing business. I leaned into my background in branding and communication and decided: no more chasing. I’d attract the right clients by being fully myself.

Every business has a story behind it, like them all, mine wasn’t a straight line. From entering real estate full of ambition, to walking away, rebuilding my life, and eventually leading a billion dollar sales team, each chapter shaped how I lead today. This is the journey that became the foundation of my work, and my mission to help other women build success on their own terms.

2005

Rookie of the Year

I entered the real estate industry driven by connection, service, and the belief that this career could offer both impact and flexibility. I quickly found out that isn't a given.

2012

Becoming A Statistic: One of the 85%

After years of trying to make the industry’s hustle-first approach fit, I made the difficult decision to step away. I knew something wasn’t working not because I lacked capability, but because the model itself wasn’t sustainable for the life I wanted, especially given my most important role...mom.

2014

Divorce and a New Beginning

Following my divorce, I returned to real estate as a single mom with a very different perspective. I wasn’t willing to sacrifice my family, my energy, or my values. I committed to finding a way to build success that honored all three.

2016

Building My FirstTeam

I launched my first real estate team, focused on selling luxury and new construction through cutting edge marketing. This marked a major shift...from doing everything myself to learning how to lead, delegate, and build something bigger without sacrificing myself.

2021

Breakthrough Year: $100M in Sales

With the right systems, brand clarity, and leadership in place, my business surpassed $100 million in annual sales. I also took on a new role... host of an EMMY nominated and Telly Award winning TV show, The American Dream, increasing my brand visibility exponentially.

2023

Finding My
True Calling

As others began asking how I built my business, I realized how transparency could amplify my impact. I officially launched my first programs, helping women move from chaos to clarity and from overwhelmed operators into true CEO leadership.

2025

Founding Elevated Living Advisory

I founded Elevated Living Advisory which has now closed nearly $1 billion in total sales. What began as a personal reinvention evolved into a high-level advisory built on alignment, systems, and sustainable leadership. With a team in place I trust to fully serve clients, I stepped out of production to expand my platform to serve more women in business.

Rise Higher Launches: The Movement Begins

I launched Rise Higher to help women entrepreneurs build businesses that reflect who they are — not who they’re told to be. This program is more than coaching — it’s an identity shift. One designed to help women rise into their next level with clarity, confidence, and sustainable success.
