After 10 months of running at full speed, most agents are exhausted.
And this is where many make the mistake of checking out. They tell themselves it’s the “slow season,” coast through the fall, and hope they’ll figure it all out when January rolls around.
But here’s the truth: if you waste Q4, you start the new year already behind.
One of my coaching clients gave me an analogy I think about all the time. She said:
“It feels like I’ve had all these planes flying in the sky… some with peeling paint, some with duct tape on the wings, and one that’s even lost communication.”
Those planes are the makeshift systems you built in survival mode — duct-taped together while juggling client needs, market changes, and the daily scramble of keeping up.
They’ve kept you in the air this long, but they were never meant to fly forever. ✨
Q4 is the season to call them home — to bring them into the hangar, repair what’s broken, refuel what’s drained (especially you), and rebuild with intention.
So when January comes, you’re not scrambling to take off… you’re sitting in first class.
