Every summer, I see the same pattern play out for so many women in real estate — and for years, I was caught in it, too.
The year starts strong. January brings big energy and big goals. February and March? You’re in momentum, taking action, closing deals.
Then things get busy. You’re reacting more than planning. And when summer hits — the wheels fall off.
Your routine is flipped upside down. The kids are home. School’s out. And suddenly, you’re behind on your goals, overwhelmed, and telling yourself the same story:
“I’ll get back on track in the fall.”
“I’ll just do better next year.”
But here’s what I’ve learned:
You don’t need to choose between presence in your life and power in your business.
You just need a smarter plan for the season you’re in.
That’s what I want to offer you today — not more hustle, but a better way forward. ✨
Here are 2 shifts that helped me protect my summer and my momentum:
1. Create a Summer-Specific Schedule
Forget trying to work like it’s March. Shorten your blocks. Be realistic. But protect the time you do have.
Clarity over chaos, always.
2. Stack Growth into Your Everyday Life
You don’t need hours of free time to grow.
→ Listen to a podcast at the pool.
→ Bring a business book on vacation.
→ Journal intentions during nap time.
These little moments add up — and they keep you aligned even in a busy season
This summer doesn’t have to be the season where everything slips — your structure, your goals, your progress.
It can be the season where you reset.
Where you protect your time.
Where you lead your business with presence and purpose. ✨
And if you want support to help you hold that vision, you don’t have to do it alone.
